Ghanaian music lovers and some stakeholders have put Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) and President Bice Osei Kuffour on a blast after failing to draw massive attendance to its 2017 Ghana Music Week Festival held at the Independence Square on Friday (March 10).
