Paa Kwasi Nduom, Kwabena Duffour, Osei Kwame Despite, Sarkodie, others honoured

The maiden edition of Exclusive Man of the Year awards came off Saturday 18th June at the Banquet hall. The well patronized event saw successful men from the business world, politics, commerce, entertainment and sports grace the occasion.

Being the first flight of the event, every few expected the success of the show. From the angle of coordination and awards presentation were spot on. On the night parents were treated to beautiful live orchestra music and splendid performances from legendary Highlife musician Paapa Yankson, Ghanaian saxophonist Steve Bedik and soul singer Yaayaa.

The red carpet, deco, Lighting and branding of the venue really caught attention. Though the event did not start as promised, it ended on time.

Honorary awards wear presented to men who have sacrificed their sweat and blood to the development of Ghana. Life Time Achievement award went to Azumah Nelson, Anas was awarded with the Citizen Ghana award, Rising star award Prince Kofi Amoabeng.

The National Chief Imam Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu was present to receive the Osagyefo Peace Award.

The honorary awards included Men's Group award and it went to Accra friendship club and East Legon club, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite of the Despite Group of companies and Kwesi twum of Multi Media group got the PAV Ansah Media award, The Magnate Home grown business awards went to Dr. Kwabena Duffour, Paa Kwasi Nduom, Togbe Afede XIV, Moses Baiden.

To the competitive part of the awards Derry Dean Dadzie took the Discovery of the year slot, Man of the year -Governance was won by Dr. Kwabena Duffour, Mentorship guardian award of the year went to the remarkable play-write Uncle Ebo Whyte.

Rev. Steve Mensah The humanitarian award, Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantaka of Kristo Asafo was Man of the year agricultural, The communicator award was so competitive that there was a tie between Kwabena Anokye Bola Ray and Kwami Safa Kayi. Dr. Osei Kwame Despite undoubtedly picked up the Businessman award of the year.

Man of the Year - Technology went Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantaka, Bhugwan Khubcandani of Melcom Group grabbed the Expat/Settler award, Man of the year sports went to Asamoah Gyan, Man of the year - style was won by Nana Asante Bedietuo. BET award winner Sarkodie, was Man of the year entertainment on the night.

Ultimate Woman of the year went to Dr Beatrice Wiafi Addai, M.D., PhD and Paa Kwasi Nduom again of Group Nduom come tops as the Ultimate man of the year.
