State prosecutor fails to present witness

The case was adjourned after the State failed to present a witness during the hearing.

An Accra Circuit Court has adjourned the case involving musician, Wisa Greid to January 25, 2016 after a hearing Wednesday.

Wisa is standing trial for indecent exposure at the 2015 Decemba2Rememba concert.

The artiste and his management earlier apologised for the act but pleaded not guilty to the charge of gross indecent exposure when he appeared before an Accra Circuit Court on December 30, 2015.

His lawyer, Jerry Avenorgbor has argued that the artiste showed a "doodle" [dildo]; not his manhood.

“If you know what a doodle is and what you can get from different sex shops all over the world then you can understand where we are coming from basically…what you saw, to you it’s a dick or looks like a dick. Can you prove that it was a dick?” he said.
