Bullet of Ruff N Smooth explains 'fight' with TV3 producer

Bullet of Ruff N Smooth has finally opened up on his recent confrontation with a producer at TV3.

The CEO of Ruff Town Records and the manager of Afro-Dancehall singer, Ebony, was captured in a video footage confronting TV3 producer over what he later described as a 'disrespect' to Ghanaian musicians and the industry.

Explaining the incident, Bullet told Pulse.com.gh in an exclusive interview that, "It wasn't like I was fighting Nigerian musicians. It's Ameyaw Debrah's fault. Because when the video came out, it was about TV3 disrespecting my artiste for not playing her song while she was being hosted on their show.

"I wasn't going rounds telling them not to play Nigerian music. I can never do that. It's that anti-GH blogger, Ameyaw Debrah. You saw me in the video fighting TV3, telling them that they should support our artistes. It's like a Nigerian TV hosting Wizkid and all the videos they show are Ghanaian music. He is going to get mad."

He further explained that:"I don't have the power to stop people from playing Nigerian music. All I am saying is they should play more Ghanaian music. Trust me, when you go to Nigeria, they don't play Ghanaian music. Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale are suffering. We should learn from them. They are supporting their own so let's support our own.

Bullet added:"Any big (Ghanaian) artiste should come out and say 'I headlined a show in Nigeria'. Sarkodie or Stonebwoy should come out. You see, Sarkodie has been writing history in New York and LA. Have you seen him make history in Nigeria before? Because the system will not allow him."
