Embattled Reggae artist Ekow Micah broke down in tears today when an ACCRA circuit court acquitted and discharged him for unlawful possession of narcotics.
Embattled Reggae artiste, Ekow Micah broke down in tears today when an ACCRA circuit court acquitted and discharged him for unlawful possession of narcotics.
In his judgment presiding judge Justice Aboagye Tandor said in other to prove the guilt of the accused for possession of narcotics the prosecution must prove the accused had knowledge possessing the drug.

According to the judge, the accused has been able to raise serious doubts in the case of the prosecution of which the prosecution did nothing to refute.
The embattled musician was initially picked up by the police to aid investigations into allegations of rape and sodomy against Black Stars Captain, Asamoah Gyan.
However, the police, during a search at his residence, found substances that have been confirmed as weed. After appearing in court for possession of narcotics, Ekow Micah was remanded into police custody to date though he pleaded not guilty.
