The host of the best feminine TV show, The Stand Point, Dr. Gifty Anti hosted the ladies from the 2015 edition of Miss Malaika ahead of the first exclusive premiere of the new season of the show which airs on 11th of September on GTV.
The ladies joined the live studio audience during the first filming of the TV show and afterwards had a one on one chat with the passionate feminist Dr. Gifty Anti.
The celebrated broadcaster used the opportunity to educate the ladies on the essence of Women Empowerment and how they (Miss Malaika contestants) can use their fame to help women and drive home the education of girl child in society.
The ladies who are also embarking on their charity project as part of their competition were super excited when they met the CEO and Founder of Girls In Need Foundation, a charity project that takes care of young ladies below the age of 18 years who find themselves in an abusive environment just because they don’t have money to pay for quality education or learn a trade.
Touched by the stories they heard on the yet to be aired TV show, questions from the Miss Malaika ladies during their one on one session with the ace broadcaster reflected more on how they can overcome challenges during their charity project.
During the first filming of the new season a new segment called 'A Bit of Me' which is the last 2 minutes of the show, the host gave an inspirational message. The idea of that segment is to allow the host to connect with her Standpoint family or a fan of the show by way of asking bothering questions on their minds.
Watch out for the first episode of the new series which hosts the Malaika ladies and may be as rumoured, news on her alleged marriage plans.
We excited about the new series of the Stand Point TV show and we cannot wait for the first episode.
