The actor gave up the ghost in the late hours of Wednesday, May 4.

For sometime now, he has been reported ill and even some 14 hours to his death, he took to Facebook to thank his fans for their support and prayer.

"Thanks to every single soul who prayed for me or wished me well, may you all have a blessed day, hope to get better in God name amen," Flava wrote.

He also posted a heart touching message to his mother. He wrote "Mama don't cry God willing,We will fine if not you i dont know what would have happen i just pray God keep you alive!!if not you am nothing hmm".

Mc Flava Pounds starred in the popular Efiewura TV series and he also made a cameo appearance in Atom’s"Yewo krom" video.

In the Efiewura series he played the role of husband to diminutive actress Adwoa Smart.
