TV personality's relation to KKD might be affecting his clothing business

KOD shared a ‘sad’ encounter with a customer who returned items bought from his shop just because her (customer) husband did not like him (KOD).

Television and radio personality Kofi Okyere Darko popularly known as K.O.D's relation to renowned broadcaster is apparently having an effect on his Nineteen57 clothing business.

He shared a ‘sad’ encounter with a customer who returned items bought from his shop just because her (customer) husband did not like him (KOD).

According to KOD, the customer’s husband did not like him on the basis that, he is related to the broadcaster.

“Had a very sad encounter with a customer today, she returned clothes she’d bought from my shop because his husband did not like me, basis, because I’m related to KKD”, he wrote.

“I thought that was sad. I thought of getting her husband’s number because I thought they needed some education, because she’s a prominent personality in society and I expected more from them”, he added.

KKD was accused of allegedly raping a 19-year old girl, Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson in December last year. He was however discharged on April 22 by a High Court in Accra after the State entered a Nolle Prosequoi.
