Singer hails JMJ

This was contained in a birthday message to the Xtra Large Music boss.

Singer, Kaakie

“Better late than never! Happy happy birthday to the only Maestro I know.. Joshua Raphealson Aka .. The only hero. With all the love in the world, I can't thank you enough for being that rock in my life.. God bless you for being a part of my life.. ,” she posted on Instagram.

After working with many mainstream artistes, JMJ decided to set up his own record label to help cause a change in the music industry.

“When I was coming up, I worked with virtually everybody...... the problem was that there were a lot of times I didn't like the kind of music and kind of musicians that we had and the only way I could bring a change was to start my own record label and ask my artistes to do what I believe in because I can't tell Okyeame Kwame to stop something in his song, I could only recommend and that rested on him to accept or not and that idea brought about Kaakie,” he once said on Kapital Radio.
