Hefe Wine, who also claims the two were married by common law, alleges the Australian native knowingly gave him an STD while they were together.
Hefe (real name Maurice Williams) is now seeking payment for medical bills which he acquired to treat the infection, which he says caused him 'mental anguish.' reports DailyMail.
The former couple have been in and out of court over a lawsuit that was initially filed by Iggy. Williams filed for divorce from Iggy in Texas court, saying the pair had a common law marriage.(A man and woman who live together for a considerable amount of time are considered married in the state of Texas).

In the court papers, Williams said that he and Azalea ''agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and again residing together in the state of Texas on or about September 2008.''
Additionally, Williams reportedly attempted to make seven-figures for a sex tape the couple recorded.
