Ghanaian musician, Mzbel has finally indicated the actual reason why she left the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) and subsequently, her disbelief in Christianity.

Speaking on Accra-based Peace FM, she denied rumours that she had a sexual affair with the suspended Pastor Josh Laryea of Doxa Temple.

She narrated that, the wife of gospel musician Eugene Zutah made a shocking revelation about Pastor Josh Laryea to her which she later reported for further investigations.

“Awo Zutah told me something about how she feels about Pastor Josh Laryea and what she said was not pleasing to the ear. She is a married woman. I didn’t like it so I reported it to her husband. The next minute they ganged up against me and kicked me out of the church.” Mzbel said.

She also alleged that Awo Zutah is the cause of Josh Laryea’s current predicament he is facing in the same church.

After news broke that Pastor Josh Laryea was suspended Mzbel said she feels vindicated.

Although the church did not give reasons for his suspension, multiple media reports alleged that the suspension is related to sexual advances he made to some female church members.
