Ghanaian men don't have the balls to propose to me - Sista Afia

The Ghanaian-born musician based in the UK where she works as a nurse noted in a newspaper interview that all she gets from Ghanaian men are compliments.

 

The 25-year said she wished Ghanaian men will come forward and propose to her and stop being cowards.

“I think Ghanaian men don’t have the balls to walk up to me and propose. All I get is you are nice and yet no man is bold enough to approach me and propose,” she told the Showbiz newspaper.

“Maybe, I am not beautiful enough to them or my way of dressing scares them off. But I wish they would come forward and stop being cowards,” she said.

Her desire for Ghanaian men to propose to her maybe because she is currently single. She is, however, in no rush to enter into a new relationship.

Sista Afia, real name Francisca Gawugah, had a terrible relationship in the past which is making her extremely careful about going into a new relationship.

“I was in a relationship for five years and I tell you it was an awful experience. I am, therefore, careful of who I get involved with in my next relationship” she said.

Sister Afia who has worked with musicians such as Kofi Kinaata and Bisa Kdei.
