Female celebrities who rallied their support behind Charlotte Osei

Men have always been the face of Ghanaian politics; the women have been sidelined, either discouraged from contesting or miserably voted out even making it to parliament.

However, all the women,  who thought their hope and dreams of becoming politicians have been shattered are now confident they can have a seat in Ghana's parliament after one of the greatest, demanding, enviable and most highly criticised position in Ghana, Electoral Commission was given to   a woman, Madame Charlotte Osei.

The fate of Ghana was in the hands of a woman; intellectually skilled and equipped with all needed materials to conduct a peaceful election.

Some female celebrities in Ghana rallied their support behind the Electoral Commissioner on Instagram, a way of proving to the world that Ghanaian women are supportive of each other's achievements.
