Yesterday (July 30) after Drake released his latest diss 'Back 2 Back', Don Jazzy reached out to Meek Mill with his offer.

It must have been a light hearted offer from the 'Dorobucci' hit maker. He later posted a meme of Drake, and tweeted a humorous line about him offering Meek Mill a beat.
All jokes aside though, Don Jazzy is of the opinion that Meek Mill will drop a hot response to Drake's diss tracks.
