Wading into the Amanda-Afriyie-Jordan triangle of scandals, former IBF Welterweight Champion, Joshua Clottey believes that Black Stars midfielder, Afriyie Acquah, should divorce his wife without any hesitation.

Earlier an audio-tape of Amanda Owusu Acquah admitting to having a four-year long premarital relationship with Jordan Ayew leaked and cause a media frenzy. The wife of Afriyie Acquah made several damning allegations in the tape including referring to her husband as a monkey.

Joshua Clottey speaking on Accra-based Happy FM, however believes that Amanda is a “stupid and fake girl”. He continued to advise that the midfielder should divorce her after her actions.

“I think this is nothing. The girl is just so stupid to the extent that she should talk about these things so it’s the girl’s problem. I think that Afriyie Acquah should divorce the girl because this is not a real girl. She is fake,” Clottey told Accra based Happy FM.
