The contemporary highlife music legend died at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra Friday, July 29 after a short illness.

An initial disagreement over who had the right to bury him has been resolved with his Koforidua-based patrilineal family agreeing to release the body to the singer’s Amoabo-based matrilineal family.

The ‘Kokooko’ hitmaker’s matrilineal family agreed on November 26 as the new burial date in a meeting on Wednesday, October 19.
