Chelsea, 39, freed her round breasts on the streets as she partied the day away in New Orleans for Mardi Gras, Tuesday and then took to her Twitter to show off her goodies.
It looks like Chelsea has finally found a home for her boobs after getting censored on Instagram several times. She then jumped out on Twitter and wrote:
"Thanks for having me, twitter” she tweeted. To accompany her tweet, she posted a topless pic of herself admiring a skyline to her 5.6 million followers.

Meanwhile somewhere in Trinidad and Tobago, Wiz Khalifa's ex wife threw herself into festive mood as she paraded the streets in a scantily-clad outfit for 'the biggest party on Earth.'
Amber joined a mixture of locals and visitors as they danced away to a mixture of soca and calypso music.
The mother-of-one - who has been embroiled in a vitriolic Twitter feud with Khloe Kardashian as well as a nasty custody battle with ex Wiz Khalifa - was happy to get into the carnival spirit as she was seen grinding on a mystery male.
With Amber Rose almost naked and Chelsea Handler's boobs pointing straight into our faces, we just wonder when would these stars ever stop!
