Legon student falls from 4th floor to death

The deceased Jennifer Nyarko was believed to be suffering from ‘Hay Fever’ but refuses to admit the condition.

A level 400 student of the University of Ghana is reported to have fallen to her death on Wednesday, March 8, 2017.

The deceased named Jennifer Nyarko, a Consumer Science student fell from her balcony at dawn at Akuafo Annex A room 407 after staying away from lectures for several days.

Unconfirmed reports say she was suffering from Hay Fever which may have caused the fall.

She was confirmed dead at the Legon hospital.

A student at the University of Ghana who spoke to the Citi FM said:

"As at now we don’t know what may have caused this. She is now in the hospital. We saw her lying down and bleeding from her head. Such cases involve investigations so we didn’t want to touch her. We could see that the head was broken. We are all waiting to hear from the doctor."
