This is a quote Bless Ekpe is living to prove right.
Bless Ekpe is a 20-year-old student of the Adaklu-Anfoe Junior High School of the Volta Region. She is a candidate in the ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

Born as a healthy child, Bless had high aspirations as every other kid. However, her chances of fulfilling her dreams seemed shattered when she a hunch started growing at her back. She told Accra-based Citi FM the hunch caused her spines to be strained.
She narrated that the development of the hunch affected her mobility. This caused her to stay home for years before going back to school.
She said she wants to work as a nurse in the near future and has decided to get an education despite the hurdles.

She has no wheelchair to make movement and sitting easy for her. Bless said she always feels pains in her spine when she tries to walk.
Bless Ekpe in realising her dream is writing her BECE in Adaklu. However, she is unable to sit. She, therefore, lies prostrate on a student mattress to write her exams.
