Head Pastor of Kukurantumi Presby Church arrested for stealing laptops

The Head Pastor of the Kukurantumi Presbyterian Church Reverend Alexander Frimpong and his son are in police grips for stealing 15 laptops

 

The Head Pastor of the Kukurantumi Presbyterian Church and the son have been arrested for allegedly stealing 15 rLG laptops belonging to the pupils of the Presby Junior High School.

The two, Reverend Alexander Frimpong and son (name withheld) were said to have been arrested because the laptops were kept in their custody.

On Wednesday, 07 2015, there was tension at the Kukurantumi Presby JHS following the disappearance of some 15 rLG laptops given to the school by the government.

The laptops which were kept in the Mission House of the Presby church cannot be accounted for by the Head Pastor of the church in whose custody the machines were left.

The laptops had been in the Mission House for the last three years due to the unavailability of a computer laboratory in the school.

According to sources, the police upon investigating the matter arrested the Head Pastor of the Kukurantumi Presbyterian Church Reverend Alexander Frimpong and his son for stealing the laptops.
