Guinness Ghana launches Tappers Palms

The drink is made with natural notes of palm and served ice-cold, which is an authentic and modern take on the original palm wine.

Speaking at the launch, Kweku Sekyi-Cann, Marketing Director of GGBL said Tappers Palms is inspired by the iconic palm wine drink of the village and captures the true taste of Ghana.

"What we have done is we have mimicked what it takes to do a palm wine, and we have created this new brand that is a refreshing take of palm wine. It is not palm wine, but it lends itself to taking on the characteristics of palm wine and therefore a consumer in the city who wants to have a refreshing drink which is similar to palm wine can enjoy Tappers Palms," he said.
