Ecobank Ghana adjudged bank of the year

Executive Director in charge of Domestic Banking at Ecobank Ghana, George Mensah-Asante said there couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate their 25th anniversary which falls this year.

ECOBANK Ghana has been adjudged Bank of the Year 2014 at the 14th Ghana Banking Awards ceremony.The Pan African Bank won the most awards, on the night, running away with the best financial performance award as well as the highest accolade in Enterprise Fianancing. Officials of the bank believe their customer service approach and product innovation engineered the success.Ecobank recently picked up an international award by finance magazine, Euromoney.Speaking to the media after the event, the Executive Director in charge of Domestic Banking at Ecobank Ghana, George Mensah-Asante said there couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate their 25th anniversary which falls this year.The event organized by Corporate Initiative Ghana in partnership with Graphic Business, was under the theme: Identifying and Rewarding Excellence in the Banking Services Proposition.Other award winners were:Customer Care: The Royal BankTrade Financing: Stanbic Bank
