Yaw Amoakohene Baafi is new deputy NLA CEO

Yaw Amoakohene Baafi, a social scientist and communications specialist has been named the new Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the National Lotteries Authority (NLA).

The appointment takes immediate effect.

Yaw Amoakohene Baafi was until November 2015 a Director, Co-founder and second majority shareholder of Prestige Capital Limited, a financial service operator.

Mr Baafi comes to his new post with a vast experience of large size institutions management (with over 1,000 employees and annual turnovers in excess of GHȼ250 million).

A Graduate of the University of Cape Coast and the Prempeh College in Kumasi, he is said to have immense exposure within the international business community and is currently serving as international liaison director for a number of international organisations with interests in Ghana.
