Tech giant, Apple unveils latest versions, iphone 6s and 6s plus

If you are yet to order your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus, it may already be too late to get one of Apple’s new phones on release day.

According to a report by 9to5Mac, the 6s and 6s Plus are already sold out on Apple’s official website, the place where the devices can be pre-ordered.

The report further reveals that the 6s Plus already sold out within days of the announcement, with the 6s stock still selling before it ran out on Monday.

September 29 is listed as the earliest possible delivery date for anyone making a reservation. All of this means that consumers were either less frantic about upgrading to the new phones this year, or Apple was able to build a larger inventory than the one it had at the iPhone 6 launch thereby able to cater to a larger crowd.

Apple had earlier launched the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus on September 9 at an event that included the launch of a host of other devices, most popular of which is the iPad Pro.
