Former England manager Glenn Hoddle and ex-Tottenham Hotspurs manager Harry Redknapp as well as Brazil great Zico have become the latest name to be linked with the position.
Redknapp who had a distinguished career in club football in England is said to be convinced that he can ‘win something with Ghana’.

Zico meanwhile counts spells in charge of Japan, Turkey, Qatar and Iraq on his CV but Nus who worked with Grant at both the 2015 and 2017 Nations Cup is hoping his inside knowledge of the team will give him an advantage.
“I don’t feel I should apply for the job because here everyone knows me and what I can do”, he said. “I assisted Grant in reaching two Nations Cups. We reached one final which was great. In that sense, I know this Ghana team well and understand African football so I am ready to coach here or anywhere on the continent.”
Uganda coach Milutin Srejojevic is considered favourite for the Ghana job even though former French international Willy Sagnol claimed sometime last week that he has held advanced talks with the GFA.
