Ghana's president just appointed his daughter to a top job

Mark Okraku Mantey, Music Producer and Programmes Manager of Hitz FM, was appointed by Catherine Afeku, Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture to head the new Creative Arts Council as President.

Ghanaian actress and member of the New Patriotic Party, Bibi Bright was also part of the three-member as secretary.

Speaking at the brief ceremony, the Minister revealed that the leaders of the Creative Arts Council will  select the rest of the Council’s members and also set up the right framework for the council.
