Black Stars vice-captain torments Liverpool with two goals in the Premier League

Andre Ayew scored a brace for Swansea City against Liverpool in the English Premier League on Sunday

The Ghanaian player who has long been linked with a move to the Anfield club scored a brace to send them packing as his Swansea City team convincingly won their home game by three goals to one against Liverpool.

Andre Ayew opened the scoring for the Welsh club after 20 minutes of play with Jack Cock adding a second before the first half interval.

Christian Benteke pulled one back for away team Liverpool after the first half break but former Olympique Marseille star Andre Ayew completed his brace to give Swansea City a 3-1 victory.

The Ghanaian started the game as a striker for Swansea City and went on to play in the full duration of the game.

Swansea City are 13th on the league table with 43 points with two games to play in the English Premier League. Liverpool are 7th with 55 points having three more league games to play before the end of the season.
