The remains of Eva Lokko, the running mate for the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) during the 2012 elections, has been laid in state at the forecourt of the State House for a state supported funeral.

The 2016 flagbearer of the PPP, Papa Kwesi Nduom and his running mate, as well as, other party dignitaries were at the venue to pay their last respect to the former PPP aspirant for the Klottey Korle constituency who passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2016 after a short illness.

Some members of the public, family relatives and sympathisers were also present to pay their last respect.
