Veteran actor Kofi Middleton Mends has been reported dead.

Information available to NYDJLive.com indicates that the veteran Ghanaian actor Kofi Middleton Mends well known for his catch phrase, "Sarah, my socks" and TVC for 'Key Soap' passed away on Tuesday evening (August 16, 2016).

The accomplished actor, is also known for his role in "Grey Dawn" as Kweku Yanka and "No Tears for Ananse" (1968).

He played a major role in a 1988 drama film "Heritage...Africa". The movie which talks about a successful black civil servant's quest for increased power and status precipitates an identity crisis boasted his career.
