“This is not the first time the President has been supporting the veterans. He started about three years ago and I am the one who mobilizes that. “If someone has done something for someone and that person wishes to return the favour, what do you care about the influence? He is not being philanthropic for people to vote for him. Whether they (Ghanaians) like it or not, the man has already won the elections,” he said.

Mr Beautiful is known to be one of the celebrities who have declared their support for President Mahama.

In retrospect, the actor indicated that Nana Akufo-Addo, who is the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) can never become the president of Ghana.

“I have nothing against him [Nana Addo] but he can’t be president. I only see one president in Ghana which is President Mahama. He is next to Dr. Kwame Nkrumah,” he said on Neat FM.
