Hearts assistant coach: We were woeful against Hasaacas

Yaw Preko has indicated that his side played below expectation in their 1-0 win over the Giants of the West.

Hearts of Oak, have been impressive this season, winning most of their games in the second half, but for the very first time they won without a second half goal when they played on Wednesday at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, Accra behind closed doors.

Yaw Preko believes his side played below par against Hasaacas and has therefore hit out at the playing body for making several basic mistakes.

“We took control of the game in the first 9 minutes and scored a goal. That was the first time this season we managed to get an early goal.

“However, the players made several elementary mistakes that at their level they shouldn’t commit. The entire didn’t play well” he said after the game.

The Phobians are sitting at the summit of the Ghana Premier league, after 12 games with 24 points.
